  • - تعتبر المحاصيل اليمنية من أفخر محاصيل القهوة العالمية، وما يزيد هذا المحصول تميزاً كونه كان جزء من مزاد قمة السنوي للمحاصيل اليمنية لسنة 2020. والتي تخضع المحاصيل المقدمة سنوياً لعمليات متعددة من الاختيار والتنقيح حتى تبقى الصفوة القليلة التي يقع الاختيار عليها والتي نالت أعلى التقييمات والدرجات! وما يرفعه نفاسة كونه جزء من الاكتشاف العلمي لعائلة جينية جديدة من سلالات القهوة والتي سميت ب"يمنية" أو "Yemenia"! 

  • - يشرفنا بمحمصة ورد أن نحضر لكم المحصول التاسع من المزاد والذي لقب بمحصول (مجتمع المتوسط) في جبال حراز من محافظة صنعاء والحائز على درجة تقييم 88.9!

  • - الايحائات: فضلنا ترك الوصف من غير إيحائات حتى لا تحكر ذوائقكم ومخيلاتكم عند تذوق قهوة بهذا المستوى والتعقيد. لكن عند تذوققكم للقهوة. تذكروا فقط عبارة (Blueberry Muffin)!

  • Yemeni coffee are one of the rarest and sought after coffees in the whole world; and for great reason(s) that is. The lot we are honored and humbled to bring to you is one that is vastly special on different levels. The first being part of the 2020 Yemeni Coffee Auction. The second being quality scored and graded by the industry's leading roasters and cuppers. The third (and most exiting) is the lot being part of the newly discovered coffee genetics family in this year which was named (Yemenia) or (يمنية)!

  • Quality Score of 88.9!

  • Flavour Notes: We have decided to leave the tasting notes ambigious and open for your palates and imaginations to create your own experiences and extrapolate your own tasting notes and feelings when brewing this complex and rich coffee! We may leave you with one tiny phrase to remember when drinking the coffee though; "Blueberry Muffins"!

  • Estimated delivery will be within 3 days of the order.

  • Altitude: 1,700-2,200m ASL
